Nov05 Thanks for the advice Kevin and Fred. Now what if you do have a siganvs account with a different bank than where your loan is held but would rather not disclose the cash to the bank which you are doing the short sale with. Would you need to create an LLC or separate entity and transfer your siganvs there in the case the bank won't do the short sale? My friend has lost a tremendous value on her home and no longer wants to pay for the large payments anymore.
